Processing orders: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow enough time to process and package your order. We have daily pick-up via UPS and USPS.

Sled orders: When ordering a sled that is not in stock, a deposit will be required. We schedule each order upon receiving your deposit. Due to many details, it is best to finalize the order by phone.

Custom or special orders: Custom orders are non -returnable and may require payment in advance.

Items must be accompanied by a return authorization number which can be obtained by contacting us at 701-769-2620. For a full refund, returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving product. Any items returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items beyond 90 days will not be credited.

Any item being returned must be properly packaged and in new, unused condition. Customer is responsible for packaging and return shipping. Please purchase insurance on the package to protect yourself against loss or damage.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by Prairie Bilt Ind. Inc.
